This stunning property was built into the mountain with a natural waterfall flowing through each level.
Very minimal structural work to be done, but we are beyond excited to create the elemental oasis this is destined to be!
...And it is the new mountain retreat for one of our favourite people EVER! Dreams do come true, for both of us! XO

The Pelicans Project is a 33-unit complex in the charming Chesapeake Bay area of Norfolk, Virginia. Only a few hours from D.C., this lakefront property boasts a boat slip, jetty, and Atlantic Ocean beach access.
A little too good to be true? Let's just say this property needs a lot of love. Nearly every facet of these two-bedroom, two-bathroom units needs to be updated and replaced.
Exterior plans are also in the works, with common entertaining areas and water sports storage on the list of improvements.

A Melbourne contractor has asked our team to help update his custom-built home. The bones are amazing but definitely need some fresh eyes.
Early stages on this one, but very excited!!! The mega Melbourne project includes bathrooms, kitchen, and living spaces... as well as procurement and styling. Basically, all the fun stuff we live for!
